THE CONSIGNMENT PROCESS

DISCOVERY
we will review the form you filled out with your vehicle information and provide an analysis of what we think your car will sell for based on value and market conditions. from there we will set expectations and explain the rest of our process.

VEHICLE DROP OFF + TRANSPORT
once agreed, we will coordinate a drop off date and time at our office where we will meet, go over the vehicle condition in person, and enter a consignment contract. If you are not local to us we will help coordinate transportation from your door step to our office.

DETAIL + MEDIA + LISTING
we intake your vehicle starting with a deep detail to prepare for sale media. Sale media is a 2-hour process includes a photoset and short walk around video. We then prepare your vehicle listing on our platforms and send to you for approval before it publishes.

SALE
vehicles will be listed for sale across multiple partner platforms to ensure maximum exposure. on average, they will take about 30 days to sell but hot and unique spec cars will always sell fast.

DELIVERABLES
once a buyer is locked in, we notify you to go over all details and deliverables before we move forward with the buyer. Payment is processed with the buyer then issued to you.

  • Depending how thorough you can provide information and photos about your vehicle, it will help our team provide an accurate value within 24-48 hours.

  • being clean title, no accident, low owners, low miles, thorough service records, and track record keeping of invoices/receipts will get you the highest offer. Accident vehicles, high mileage, high ownership, no service records or receipts will affect your evaluation value.

  • we issue payment to the registered owner of the vehicle thats shown on DMV database.

  • paperwork may take up to 72 hours to complete a full review to verify title number, VIN, and mileage. once it’s been cleared, we will issue your payment.

  • transport may take up to 72 hours to coordinate from the time we set up a request to pick up your vehicle. our team will make sure to keep you updated on pick up windows and procedures.
